We look forward to welcoming you at Riverside Acres. You will enjoy Yin Yoga (beginner level), a beautiful sound bath meditation and a guided walk through the Labyrinth path.
Yoga and sound bath will be under the pavillion in the shade if needed or in The Trading Post if windy/rainy
Please bring journal, pen, water bottle, light blanket, yoga mat
