Fall Transformation Retreat

Located at the Beautiful Riverside Acres Retreat near Legal/Vimy this magical place is the perfect venue to unplug from the distraction of life and plug into the self.

We will be incorporating the 7 steps to freedom - the teachings from the 7 sisters! There is also an option to attend without accomodations.

Itinerary:

Fri - arrive between 4 and 6pm

6pm - Dinner

7pm - Welcome, Intention setting,

Sat - Breakfast when up/ready

8am Yoga (optional)

10:00am - 12:00pm - The 7 steps to Freedom - teachings from the Divine Feminine

12 - 1pm - lunch, free time.

1-5 - Continue with the 7 steps to freedom

5 - 6pm - free time

6:00pm - Supper

7:00pm - The WISH

Sunday - breakfast when up/ready

8am - Yoga

9:00am - 12:00pm -Channeling

12 - 1pm - Lunch, free time

1 - 2:30pm - cacao ceremony, soul re-birthing, light body activation

2:30 -pack up, farewell

option to stay longer and enjoy the grounds or head home.
