Hot Yoga with Lesley

This warm, all levels practice focuses on strength building, alignment and breath awareness.  Postures flow from one to the next, increasing your ability and endurance, and holding the postures in a heated studio will allow you to open and stretch the body on a deeper level, keeping the joints and fascia supple and nourished.
