Journey to Womanhood

As a young girl makes her journey into womanhood, it is important for her to connect with her Divine Feminine energy and to develop tools and skills for her own life journey of healing and growth.

During this 3 day, 2 night retreat, Kim Wilkinson and Irene Ricard will lead young maidens through creating and birthing their very own 16" Red Drum (that they will keep and can use throughout all rights of passage and all challenges that life will bring.) The Red Drum (NOT ABORIGINAL BASED) is a powerful healing tool. It is red to symbolize the womb.

Kim and Irene will also be leading young maidens through yoga, meditation and will be teaching breathing techniques for calming and grounding. There will also be teachings about crystals and energy healing and each maiden will receive her own little pouch of healing crystals to keep.

There will be plenty of time to enjoy the beauty of nature that surrounds us at this beautiful retreat location just outside of Westlock.
