Daily mind-body practices including, meditation, yoga, qigong and smudging rituals.

Healing Circle-wellness talks sharing gratitude, affirmations and grounding techniques. Soak into the bliss a sound bath brings, silent tea time and journaling.

Private sessions available for channeling, card reading and reflexology and animal communication.

Weekend will be catered by a local quaint cafe wth delicious homemade food.

Our storybook style cottages have 1 queen bed and 2 singles and will have 3 ladies per cottage.

We are an off-grid space so enjoy campfires, lamplight and serenity on our 14 acre riverside property.

Shirley Benson.

Diverse - This is the best way to describe Shirley Benson’s path through life.  She is just as comfortable walking in the world of Animal Communication and Energy healing on humans as she is working in the para-military world of Firefighting and Strongman competitions.  No matter what she does, service to others and guiding people have been the sweet spot where her purpose meets her passion.  Facilitating others achievements and helping people push past their perceived limits is what she is all about.  Shirley is a psychic intuitive who uses her skill in those areas and her skill of listening to achieve the best outcome possible with the people and animals she works with.  Shirley retired from Edmonton Fire Dept after 31 years and is most proud of her legacy of hard work and kindness that she left there, earning her recognition as Global’s Woman of Vision in 2019.  Shirley is currently serving the community with the same trademark of hard work and kindness in Animal Communication and Energy Healing.

Sheila Shorten is a intuitive healer, reader and channel. Her wisdom and insight is a result of a challenging life lived with reflection. Sheila has the ability to confront grow and expand from the experiences she has faced.  For years Sheila has studied and learned from some amazing teachers including Ram Das and Wayne Dyer. She was trained in a two year spiritual healing course with Dr. Rock Jealusich. This taught her to trust her intuition and visions.  Sheila has read tarot and oracle cards for years. In 2019 she discovered she could channel and receive messages from guides and  people who have passed.  Sheila does not claim to have all of life figured out. But she does know life is meant to be lived with great joy and passion. She loves to share this with her clients in a unique and significant way!

Sue Milligan is the  proud owner of  ZenErgy Healing. (Helping you find your healing balance)  I am a Registered Canadian Reflexologist,Empowering Facilitator and Reiki Practitioner. I have been privileged to have witnessed the healing and overall improvements in wellness of many clients over my 6 years of offering professional, therapeutic Reflexology and other Holistic wellness services and treatments. I'm inspired to continue to seek new ways to assist my clients in facilitating their own healing.  Even after so many years, I can honestly say that I love and am passionate about what I do and it is my hope that it reflects in every treatment.
