About the Event
Join the soft and meditative flow of Yin Yoga followed by a guided meditation that
will help you reflect, connect and release.
This session is for all levels, so no experience is necessary to participate in this Yin practice. Please bring
a yoga mat, blanket and water bottle. For those of you who journal, there will also be an opportunity to
do so at the end of the class.
