About the Event
Samanthas intention as a teacher is to help students listen to their inner selves and find the courage to step out of their comfort zone. To lead others down the path of discovery that Yoga & Ayurveda provides. Just like playing an instrument, yoga teaches you to be present in the moment.
You will be guided in a 1 hour yoga practice focussing on spine health. You will be enjoying this session along the Redwater River at Riverside Acres.
Please bring your yoga mat & towel. If it is raining the class will be under the New Moon Pavilion meadowside.
